Task on this position are:

  • Generating new sales opportunities using your existing contacts and building new relationships, including approaching new customers

  • Handling inbound inquiries and actively reaching out to potential customers

  • Identifying and analyzing client needs plus advising on product functionalities and use cases

  • Preparing and conducting product presentations for prospects

  • Taking part in public and private tenders, responding to RFI/RFPs inquiries

  • Preparing sales offers, negotiating contracts and closing agreements

  • Actively collaborating with marketing and product teams on targeted marketing collateral and product value proposition

  • Working with globally active companies from all over the world, which means there will be sometimes a need to work in flexible hours (ex.: calls with Asian based clients at early morning hours)

You’ll receive the full support of our technical, marketing, and sales teams.

What would be helpful in dealing with them:

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and German (native-like, at least C1)

  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish and a track record of successful revenue attainment 

  • Ability to quickly grasp knowledge –  technical concepts and position related know-how

  • Great presentation skills

  • Being accurate and meticulous in documenting daily tasks using a CRM platform

  • Being able to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
 

It will be great, if you also:

  • Are familiar with marketing/analytics technology landscape and tools

  • Speak fluently any other European language

 Compensation:

  • Average monthly remuneration based on results: PLN 10,000–25,000 net under a B2B contract, including base salary and a performance-based commission model.

As a sales team of 10 people serving over 400 enterprise customers all over the world, we’ve mastered inbound sales and developed great relationships with many partners. In 2025, we’re about to develop a new, but very exciting channel – outbound. And that’s why we need you!

We’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking to others. Do you always find a way to get someone’s attention? Do you never take no for an answer easily and know the difference between persuasion and intrusion? Are you a generally positive person who views problems as challenges and focuses on finding the perfect solution? Then you’re probably someone we’re searching for!

Here is how we see your role:

  • Reach out to prospects provided by the Lead Generation Specialist (by phone and email)
  • Get them excited about our product and eager to learn more
  • Schedule a demo call with our experienced sales specialists 
  • Update lead database with collected information in Hubspot
  • Meet or exceed the sales development targets
  • Report on your efforts with dedicated tools
  • Educate prospects with basic product knowledge and answer high-level questions
  • Ensure that your insights into customer needs and feedback reach the right teams within our company

To fit in, you definitely need to:

  • Speak perfect English (C1 minimum) – language skills will be your ice-breaking weapon 
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in relevant positions (call center, debt collection) focused on direct contact (first line – phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) along with a toolkit on how to quickly get someone’s attention (time is precious!)
  • Have your own, bulletproof ways of dealing with NOs and staying motivated
  • Be a positive, outgoing person who highly enjoys meeting and talking with others
  • Possess a lot of inner strength and motivation that allows you to face daily challenges and stay focused on your goals
  • Are comfortable with following specific instructions
  • Be tech-savvy and eager to learn

There are also some more formal expectations that you need to be aware of:

  • We need you to be able to work from our Wrocław office on a daily basis if needed (hybrid mode possible)
  • As a team you’ll focus on the US market. This means we need you to be open to working a second shift (1 – 9 PM).

 Compensation:

  • Base salary: 10 000 PLN net (B2B), total with target bonus: 14 000 PLN net (B2B)

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients – all while working alongside experienced professionals and having a real impact on the direction of our product.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage existing customers
  • Helping them get the most out of our platform
  • Building long-term partnerships, understanding customer needs and advising on use cases
